We are a husband and wife team creating unique rustic and primitive wares out of our home.  Anything could inspire us - an old weathered misshappen piece of wood, or unusual fabric pattern, or the bright colors of spring flowers.  

Tim's expertise is woodworking - creating rustic frames, shelves, mirrors and furniture out of "live edge" wood.  His pieces are typically stained, poly'd or painted and
distressed in a  primitive style.  

Ellyn's handwork varies - from hand sculpted polymer Santa figures and
ornaments to more general fabric items such as ornaments or dolls. 
Homespun cottons, died wool, felt, and vintage coat materials are some favorites
to work with.  Using scrap pieces of wood leftover from Tim's projects,  she'll create unique sign boards and primitive decorations.  

Though nearly all of our creations are designed through trial and error ourselves, we will use other designer's patterns from time to time.  Whenever this is the case, we'll note credit to the original designer.
